Home Remedy for Gas
When someone is eating or drinking fast they are prone to swallowing air and this is responsible for breaking down several indigested food by harmless bacteria and this will cause gas pain. You should also drink plenty of fluids and avoid foods and snacks sweetened with fructose or sorbitol. You can also eat proteins such as tofu a soy food as they are easier to digest than beans. 1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger and 1 teaspoon of lime juice will ease the stomach pains. Blanching parsley and drinking 3 to 4 times a day is also one of the remedies you can use. You can also drink chamomile tea, peppermint tea, carbonated water as a home remedy for gas. Eating coriander seeds also provides relief together with taking a cup of boiling water and adding grinded ginger root and honey. Blanching 2 grams of passion fruit and mixing it with ¼ cup of water and drinking it will also help in curing the pain.
